“Tier NYC” is a streetwear brand that uses culture to influence their collection.
Founded in 2014, “Tier” has spent the past four years building luxury pieces that reflect contemporary styles and stylistics. In case you are unfamiliar with this brand, swipe through the photos above to gain a better understanding of their creative process.
As evidently shown, the creatives at “Tier” understand the importance of quality control and, thus, ensure that their products exceed not only their own, but their supporters expectations as well. In terms of their products, we really enjoy their collegiate-inspired collection shown in the first three photos above.
By taking on the notion of ‘Tier University’, this brand targeted students all around the word and, thus, expand their potential fan-base. Plus, by focusing on a subcategory of the population, “Tier” was able to create relatable items that have more impact on their prospective buyers. Speaking of such collection, we love how this brand included regalia that reflects that of an official University. By including graphics such as an embroidered ‘Coat of Arms’, “Tier” furthers the idea of ‘Tier University’ and, ultimately, accomplishes their vision. Honestly, we love how this brand didn’t overlook the little things. Even the use of ‘Varsity’ font helps encompass the college experience that they are attempting to portray.
We can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeve for 2019. If it’s anything like what we’ve seen, we’re eagerly waiting.
